Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Very quick take out kind of place. I've only had take out twice and the first time, the dishes with any kind of breaded chicken tasted and felt overcooked, But the second time all food was perfect. I recommend the beef lo mein here along with the sesame chicken. Fried rice is ok but I've had better in several take out establishments.

This is our favorite Chinese take-out place in the area. You can order online, and your food is usually ready before you get there. Pretty much everything in the Pu Pu Platter is amazing, the black pepper chicken (or shrimp) is delicious, and the Bourbon Chicken is killer.

I have been a big fan of Oriental Kitchen since they opened, but last night's experience has proven that they are quickly going downhill. We order online. It's more convenient since we have to drive 15 miles and time it with errands. After placing the order at 5pm and scheduling the pick-up at 6:45, we had the confirmation number in hand and an email of our order. At 6:45, we went to pick up the order and the staff seemed very confused. Nothing was ready and the order they pulled up and started to fill was not ours. One of the women then looked the order up online and found the correct order. At that point, everything had to be cooked still. We didn't get our food until 7:30. No discount for the mistake, no true apology, just a lot of blame thrown around from one worker to the other. Now that the ordering fiasco was over, we went home with our food. In the rush, the lack of attention to the food cooking properly wasn't ideal. The chicken wings were not fully cooked. Other foods, like the spring rolls and black pepper chicken, were horribly greasy, something I've never experienced from Oriental Kitchen before. After this, we've decided that we won't return. St. Albans has another Chinese that is just as good as Oriental Kitchen used to be.

The best Chinese food in St A. The staff is very accomodating, and willing to alter a dish for you. Very reasonably priced. The fried rice is excellent more meat than I've ever seen in the same dish anywhere else! The fried dishes are crisp when not in sauce, and the spice is just right.

This is my favorite take-out Chinese place in St. A. Sesame Chicken is my go-to meal. It usually pretty good. The last time I went tho, there was too much breading on my chicken and left me biting into mostly bread. It still tastes pretty decent tho. Today I decided to be a little more adventurous and try something new! I picked Orange Chicken. It had a odd taste about it, maybe it was the slight hint of rice vinegar. I'm not much of a fan of vinegar! Other than that, it was decent, but won't be buying it again. Chicken fingers were yummy and, if I remember correctly, so are the chicken and beef teriyaki sticks! Got a side of white rice in a container. Maybe I'll give making some homemade fried rice a try with it!
